Pac-Rat Thompson the first was born Littorale the 21st of 1820 AE to Oscar-Thompson and Zeron the 2nd. He grew up on a small farm on the outskirts of Pactarin District command the main city of the Pactarin population. Thompson joined the PRA after their parents were killed by a botched RPA strike in 1818 AE. Thompson's actions during the PRA's last stand against the RPA during the Pactarin Ratarin War of 1820 were credited with saving the entire nation alongside his future wife Rose. He became the first president of the Pactarin Empire in 1821, serving for 8 years. Pac-Rat went on to write several award-winning books on the war and his time in office. He took up a job as a librarian and historian for many years until he retired in 1892 at the age of 92. The last sightings of both Thompson and his wife were during an interview conducted in Solaria the 12th of 1910. On Frostius, the 10th of that same year, reporters went to interview the pair about the recent alliance with the Pactarins' cousin species, the Yeti Rats, only to find the pair missing and a note on the door with the text "Gone fishing" signed by both of the couple. Rumors well in the 2000s report sightings of the pair on the shores of Hydra.
