What are the Pacrats?

The Pac-Rat's were my first "project" I got the nickname Pacrat around 2015 due to me tendecy to pack a lot of free fruits and vegtables we were given at my school. I had good reason for this 
the food would have gone to waste and I had (and in fact still have) a large number of Flemish Giant rabbits which I use as show rabbits. So at first they were simply me. Later it evolved into a story and later a entire universe. The most important one and my kind of self insert is Pac-Rat Thompson the First.
